We’ve finally gotten our first glimpse Apple’s highly anticipated Portrait mode for the iPhone 7 Plus, which creates a simulated bokeh effect that blurs out the background and makes the subject pop out in the scene. Announced on September 7, and promised as a software update later this year, Portrait mode is currently available to test out right now in the iOS 10.1 beta.
